Do you offer products from specific suppliers?
We do not offer products from one specific supplier as others may do. Instead, based on our extensive experience we offer you products that are of outstanding quality but at a reasonable price point. For example, there are many suppliers that offer wood blinds and you may end up paying a higher price based on name recognition when there are other options available that would provide you equal quality but at a better price point. We give you options based on your needs, your budget and what may work best for your situation.
Do you help me decide what would work best in my situation for my windows?
Absolutely! That’s what we are here for, to consult with you, find out what you are trying to accomplish, discover your likes and dislikes and then make suggestions based on those findings.
Does Inside Solutions, LLC. just service residential or do you also work on commercial projects?
We service both residential and commercial customers; we have extensive knowledge in both industries.
Can I come to your office?
No, we offer all shop at home services because over the years we have found that the samples and colors really need to be viewed in your home. We had a showroom for many years in Overland Park but found customers were coming into the store to set an appointment for us to come out to their homes, because again they wanted to see the color or swatches in their home so it just didn’t make any sense.
Do you have budget friendly options?
Of course, I’m a homeowner also so I know that budget is a factor in the decision making process. Our design consultant will discuss this with you during your FREE in-home design consultation.
I have unusually shaped windows in my home, can you address those also?
Absolutely! We love a challenge.
What about warranties or repairs?
Warranties are based on individual manufacturers but in general they offer 1 year parts and labor.
